HYBRID UV Flatbed

Flatbed printing technology has the ability to print on surfaces you never thought possible. It allows printing on a wide range of flexible and rigid substrates up to 3200mm width & 55mm thick. Supports hundreds of media options including synthetic papers, BOPP, PE, PET film, corrugated cardboard, foam board , Gatorfoam® and more with smooth tonal and vignette gradation.

ROLL TO ROLL UV TECHNOLOGY

Our Neolt X-JET 3200 is designed as superior class roll-to-roll UV printing machine. With its high-end industrial working system it handles the best quality printings fastly on 3200mm wide flexible materials which is ideal to many kind of outdoor advertisements. It can print narrower medias accurately as well. Its technical features, capabilities and well structured case allow it full-time work when high performance is a must. Using the UV ink it can produce excellent images on various materials like banners, vinyl, mesh, one-way vision, foil, backlit fabric, etc. The ink is environment friendly. Also, it offers various ways of printing the white when printing material is in color and allows to print the three-layer spot colors which means printing color-white-color at one time. Machine is equipped with 6 industrial grade greyscale 6-42pl XAAR 1003 printheads with exceptionally smooth print tones and solid areas which is perfect for printing amazing life-like images, pin sharp text and bold colours. 1000 Optimised Geometry nozzles deliver significantly improved drop placement accuracy and consistent drop volume even with heavily pigmented and high viscosity fluids.

INK JET SPOT UV

Ink jet spot UV varnishing machine can enhance the end product by utilizing spot-printing and gloss UV, creating a beautiful mirror finish gloss. It can do this and add textured effects onto the prints. It is also capable of raised UV also known as “digital embellishment,” or “3D spot UV. Also up to 3200mm width!
